    Law No. 8 of 1974 on the Principles of Civil Service , as amended by Act No. 43 of 1999;
    Law No. 32 of 2004 on Regional Government as amended by Act No. 12 of 2008 ;
    Government Regulation No. 97 of 2000 on the Formation of Civil Servants , as amended by Government Regulation No. 54 of 2003 ;
    Government Regulation No. 98 Year 2000 on Procurement of Civil Servants , as amended by Government Regulation No. 11 of 2002 ;
    Government Regulation No. 9 of 2003 on the Authority Appointment , Transfer and Termination of Civil Servants ;
    Decree of the Head of BKN No. 11 of 2002 dated June 17, 2002 on the Implementation of the provisions of Regulation 98 of 2000 on Procurement of civil servants as amended by Government Regulation No. 11 of 2002 ;
    The Regulation of the State Kepagawaian No. 09 of 2012 dated August 6, 2012 on the Guidelines for Procurement Prospective Civil Servants Negari ;
    Letter of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform R/297/M.PAN-RB/07/2013 No. dated July 12, 2012 regarding the allocation principle approval Supplement CPNS Formation Regions in 2013 for General Applicants ;
    Letter of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number : R.073.F/M.PAN-RB/08/2013 dated August 21, 2013 concerning the Agreement Details CPNS Formation Regions For General Applicants in 2013 .
Herewith Purbalingga informed that the Government will hold a procurement selection of candidates for Civil Servants General Applicants in 2013 with the following conditions :

    TERMS
        Citizens of the Republic of Indonesia The fear of God Almighty and have high integrity to the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945 ;
        Not located as CPNS / PNS , Prospective Members / Members of the TNI / police ;
        Not located as a Board Member or political party ;
            Never not dishonorably discharged at his own request or not with respect as civil servants or dismissed with respect as an employee of state / local enterprises or private employees ;
            There was never sentenced to prison or jail by court verdict which have the force of law for committing a criminal offense;
            Never engage in an activity / movement against the Pancasila , the 1945 Constitution , the State and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia ;



    Meet the education and qualifications that suit their needs ;
    Physically and mentally healthy evidenced by a Certificate of doctors from Government Hospital ;
    Free from the use of drugs , psychotropic substances , precursors and other addictive substances as evidenced by a certificate from the Government Hospital ;
    Good character as evidenced by the Police Notes ( SKCK ) of Police ( Police ) local valid ;
    Minimum age of 18 (eighteen ) years and a maximum of 35 (thirty five ) years of age on January 1, 2014 .
    Has been registered at the Office / Department of Labor local , evidenced by the Job Seeker Card ( AK.I ) ;
    Willing to be placed throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia ;
    Willing to accept the sanction to pay a fine of Rp . 20.000.000 , - ( Twenty million dollars ) if resign after passed the selection / procurement test CPNS Statement stamped evidenced by Rp . 6000 , -
    Not willing to apply to move before having an active working life of at least 8 ( eight ) years counted from appointment as a civil servant , evidenced by the stamped Statement of Rp . 6000 , - .

    REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS AND COMPLETENESS .
        registration :
        Applicants are sent directly to the Application Files Purbalingga Regent PO address . PURBALINGGA DISTRICT BOX 53300 employess through PT . Pos Indonesia on 20 September to 30 September 2013 per stamp POS .
        Envelopes included in the application file size of 35 x 24.5 cm .
        File the application was accepted or rejected if:
1 ) Sent directly and or through PT . Pos Indonesia
2 ) Sent by PT . Pos Indonesia beyond the prescribed time limit .


B. Completeness Requirements / Application File Completion :

    An application for appointed civil servant devoted to REGENT PURBALINGGA the following conditions:

    Write down a brief personal data
    Mention the type proposed formation and formation code
    Mention the educational qualifications required
    Handwritten in black ink and Indonesian language ,
    Signed without the stamp .

    Latest black and white photographs size 3 x 4 cm by 4 ( four ) pieces , written disebaliknya applicants name and date of birth .
    Photo copy of ID ( Identity Card ) is still valid and legalized by the competent authority as the low - village chief / head of the local village .
    1 ( one ) copy of Diploma ( instead of provisional certificate / statement is not a pass / no evidence graduated ) and transcripts that have legalized / authenticated by the competent authority .
Competent authorities legalized diploma as follows :NO EDUCATION LEVEL authorizing / legalized PHOTOCOPY1 .

    For diploma from private universities if the diploma has not written the Operating Licence Number , must attach :
a. Certificate of university which states that the department has received operating licenses from the Directorate General of Higher Education or of the competent authority .
b . Copy of operating licenses from the Directorate General of Higher Education or of the competent authority which has been legalized by the competent authority .

    Affidavit would not propose moving the task before it has an active working life of at least 8 ( eight ) years counted from appointment as a civil servant , stamped Rp.6.000 , -
    Statement willing to accept the sanction to pay a fine of Rp . 20.000.000 , - ( Twenty million dollars ) if resign after passed the selection / procurement test CPNS stamped Rp . 6000 , -
    Reply envelope size 11 x 23 cm stamped in accordance with the rate of PT . Pos Indonesia, which was written the name of the applicant , address and telephone number clearly .
Application declared ineligible if they are not accompanied by stamped return envelope in accordance with the rate of PT . Pos Indonesia .

    SELECTION
        SELECTION OF ADMINISTRATION
        Application file entry will be verified or investigated based on the provisions as this announcement .
        Application Files which are incomplete or not in accordance with the provisions of this announcement declared Ineligible ( TMS ) or Not Passed Administration Selection and notification will be made in writing delivered to the applicants through PT . Pos Indonesia .
        Application Files expressed Eligible ( MS ) will be issued cards Participant Test CPNS Purbalingga in 2013 and a notice to attend Selection Test / Written Test will be communicated to applicants through PT . Pos Indonesia .
        Notice of Ineligible ( TMS ) or Eligible ( MS ) is sent to the applicant no later than October 25, 2013 per stamp Pos .
            SELECTION WITH TEST / WRITTEN EXAM :

8:30 to 12:30 pm: Distribution of questions and test execution
12:30 to 12:45 pm: LJK Collection and Problem


    Material Test / Written Exam

  Test / Exam Written by LJK system ( LembarJawab Computer ) with matter in the form ofBasic Competence Test ( TKD ) that includes Insights Nationality Test , Test General Intelligence , and Personal Characteristics Test .

Applicants who passed the selection test / Written Test will be announced on December 21, 2013 by :

    Local print media ;
    Notice boards in Purbalingga Government Agencies .



    MISCELLANEOUS .
